What do I have to do to receive the $10 BONUS CHECK?

| Nothing. Just place 5 online orders with minimum of $10 per order, and we will send you the $10 check. We may verify the orders with the restaurant(s). Do I have to register?

| No. Only if you want to receive promotional emails
from feast4u.com or to use advanced functions such as accessing previous
orders. |
Can I try your system before placing real orders?

| Yes, you can use Demo
restaurant to place as many orders as you want, they won't be processed.
It is also possible to order from other real restaurants, just don't press
'Send Order' button on the last page. |
How are my orders sent and when do I pay the restaurant for my meal?

| After you press Send Order, your order will be sent to the restaurant
either by fax or by email. You can also print the order for your record
or fax it manually. You will pay the restaurant when you pick up the food
or when the food is delivered.

How do I know my order is received successfully by the restaurant?
|
There are several ways you can be assured that your orders
have been received by the intended restaurant:
- The status window will indicate the order is Accepted.
- You will receive a confirmation email if you have provided your email
address.
- In the 'Additional Order Instructions' ask the restaurant to call
you back to confirm (pre-filled.)

How do I know the menu or 'specials' are up to date?
|
| On the upper right-hand corner of 'Home' of each restaurant,
there is a [date] that indicates when the site is last updated. |
How do I know my reservation is accepted by the restaurant?
|
| Reservations are sent to the restaurant via the same method as orders,
either by fax or by email. And confirmed by the same method (see previous FAQ.) |
How can I find a dish by its name?
|
| You may use the form located on store's
home page or menu pages to search current store. You may also try to Find
a Dish Across Restaurants from www.feast4u.com page |
What is a "Quick Menu"?

| Quick Menu is a compact representation of a full menu. It is useful when
you want to print it or check prices. There are links to order products
or to see full description. |
I encountered [ The online ordering has not been activated, please
phone in your order. ] when placing an order. What does this mean
and what should I do?

| This means the restaurant has not activated the online ordering function.
You can either phone in your order or print the order then fax it in. |
