I already have a website. What should I do? ('Seamless
Integration' Demonstration)

If you want to keep the 'look and feel' of your website, Feast4u.com can
integrate our functions into your existing graphics. To demonstrate how this can be done, check this demo: Original
version vs. Integrated
version. If you have your own domain name, we will work with
the hosting company to transfer the domain name to us. The transfer
is free and the hosting of the domain name is $24 per year. You can keep
your old site and use Feast4u.com for a period of time before you switch
over.

Can I use my own domain name (URL)?

| Yes, you can have your own domain name. But you have to register the domain name yourself. Some popular registrars are www.register.com, www.networksolutions.com. After you register, let us know and we will set up for you. The set up is free, but the hosting for the domain name is $24 per year. |
Do I have to use 'online ordering'?
|
| No, you don't have to use online ordering. You can use the website only for 'online advertising' and
'online promotion' if you prefer. |
What equipment do I need to receive online orders?
|
| All you need is a fax machine and a fax line. You can also receive orders
by email, or, if you have an in-store POS system, we can insert the
orders directly into your system (please contact us for the systems supported.)

Can I accept online credit card payment?
|
| Yes, you can. We will work with you to set up the credit card processing.
|
How do I update my menu, specials, or photos? What if I have questions?
|
|
You can update your menu, specials and photos using Admin Module anytime
at your convenience. If you have questions, you can email
customercare@feast4u.com
or fax your questions to (908) 842-9155. Or if prefer, you can use our Update Service with which we will update for you for a nominal fee ($3 for 6 items.) All you need to do is fill out the Update Service Form, then email, fax or postal mail to us. The changes can be for meals, categories, prices, photos, or anything on your home page.

What do I need to send you? How long will it take to set up my website?

| There is a detailed Sign Up Form regarding what and how to send us the information needed.
Your site will be set up within about 2 weeks after we receive your complete information. You can use email to expedite the process. |
What if I have more than one restaurant? What will be the price?
|
| Each restaurant can be set up independently or under a 'chain' page.
If set up as a 'chain', you can use the Multi-store Functions. The pricing is 'per store' as stated
in Pricing. |
Do I have to link back to Feast4u.com from my site?
|
| No, you don't. You can turn off the 'feast4u.com' link if you prefer; just let us know (no fee.) |
I am a franchised store. Can I use your service?
|
|
Definitely. Feast4u.com is an independent marketing and service company.
Our goal is to help any restaurant, independent or franchised, to take
advantage of the Internet technology. Your store will be listed under the 'chain' page. You
can have your own home page message, address, phone, and hours. For the menu, prices, and 'specials', you can either use those set up by your franchise office or you can set up your own.

What URL can I promote for my website?
|

If you have your own domain name (URL) ,
you can promote that URL. If you don't have your own URL, a URL will
be assigned to your site in the format of www.feast4u.com/<restaurant_name>.
